Designed as an intensive, performance-based session, the program brings together 6–10 lawyers in a focused environment. The group dynamic is central: participants develop through direct coaching, observation, and refining each other’s advocacy in real time.
Working on live legal scenarios—courtroom submissions, client interactions, and high-stakes negotiations—the session addresses the full spectrum of persuasive communication: voice, physical presence, and delivery, applied in a legal context.
The approach draws on stagecraft and performance psychology to elevate authority, sharpen delivery, and develop control that holds under pressure.
Participants will develop the ability to:
- Project authority and credibility in front of both the court and the client
- Command attention through voice, presence, and physicality
- Maintain composure and control under sustained pressure
The session is highly interactive, rigorous, and practice-driven—there are no slides or note taking. It is designed to ensure that insights are not only understood theoretically, but felt in the body and practiced immediately.
Participants are asked to prepare a 60 second speech in advance to be given in front of the group.
